Plastic granulator mixing paddle drive and discharge device


The upper cover of the mixing chamber of the plastic pet washing line is made of aluminum alloy plate, and has a feeding port on the cover, which is sealed by the cover plate, and the upper cover can be translated along the side fulcrum of the mixing chamber. The baffle is hung on the side of the upper cover and is welded by steel plate. The surface is plated with hard chrome. A thermocouple is installed in the cavity to measure the temperature of the mixture.


 

    The agitating paddle is in the mixing chamber, also called the impeller. It is driven by the motor to rotate through the V-belt. There are various structural shapes of the stirring paddle. The stirring paddle is mostly made of stainless steel plate, the surface should be favorable for turning the raw material, and the surface roughness value should not exceed 0.4 μm.

 

    The rotating shaft on the stirring paddle is driven by the V-belt at the bottom of the mixing chamber through a common asynchronous motor, and the rotation speed is about 500 rpm. The mixing chamber and the transmission are fixed to the base.

 

    The agitating paddle is fixed on the main shaft, and the deep groove ball bearing and the thrust ball bearing are used to bear the working radial force and the axial force of the impeller shaft. There is a closed ring inside the gland to prevent material leakage.

 

   Plastic pelletizer discharge device. The discharging device is arranged on the bottom side of the mixing chamber, and the main function is to discharge the mixed material in the mixing chamber out of the machine for use in the next process. During operation, the discharge valve is opened or closed by the cylinder piston shaft, and the residual material is removed when the vent pipe is introduced into the compressed air.
