The precautions for the first use of the film granulator are introduced. Before starting the machine, the temperature should be raised for about 40 to 50 minutes. Raise the temperature to the motor V-belt by hand until it is comfortable; pull it continuously for eight to ten times in the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then turn on the film granulator, but continue to heat up, because normal production needs to continue to add heat; adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastics. When the plastic granulator is working normally, the temperature of the machine should be kept stable and can not high and low. Near the vent hole, keep the temperature of the machine head around 200°C (referring to polyethylene, polypropylene). Feeding should be uniform, and there should be no shortage of materials. The feeding speed of the machine and the feeding speed should be matched appropriately. Otherwise it will affect the quality and output of the pellets. When shutting down, the host must completely cut off the power supply. The screw plug of the machine head (part with wrench) must be removed. Preheat separately before the next use.
