On November 24, the Yingchuang Huizhi Food Grade Recycled Polyester Chip Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Yingchuang Huizhi Factory") under Beijing Yingchuang Renewable Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yingchuang") was held in Tianjin Baodi Economic Development Zone Commencement celebration. The "Yingchuang Huizhi Factory" officially started this time, covering an area of 50 acres, is to relocate and upgrade the original Beijing factory. After the completion of the factory, the processing process from domestic beverage bottles to food-grade recycled polyester chips will be realized.
Established in 2003, Yingchuang is a national circular economy pilot unit and a national "urban minerals" demonstration base. In 2005, the company established a food-grade recycled polyester chip factory production base in Shunyi District, Beijing, which processes 50,000 tons of waste PET beverage bottles per year. In 2017, in response to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration national strategy and the call of the Beijing Municipal Government to relieve non-capital functions, the factory moved to Tianjin Baodi Economic and Technological Development Zone. In the same year, Yingchuang received hundreds of millions of capital from Sino-Ocean Capital to accelerate the construction of a "bottle-to-bottle" circular economy closed loop. The completion and start of the Tianjin "Yingchuang Huizhi Factory" officially started this time will become a model case of domestic "bottle-to-bottle" circular economy.
The brand-new Yingchuang Huizhi Factory has more stringent requirements on equipment and processes, upgraded the laboratory to strengthen the technical core, built a full traceability information platform, realized the traceability of the entire process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, and upgraded the waste gas and wastewater treatment system with high standards , To further standardize the implementation standards of each link. Yingchuang’s food-grade regenerative plant has a “sustainable full-cycle model”, and its production technology has been certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and has been jointly evaluated by the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. Later, it was determined that "Yingchuang recycled bottle-grade polyester chips" is a renewable raw material that can meet the national standards of GB31604.5-2016, GB4806.6-2016 and GB17931-2018 original bottle-grade polyester chips, and is allowed to be used in domestic food packaging container.
Driven by the government's construction of a "waste-free city", garbage classification and resource disposal, China's domestic recycled plastics industry is showing a trend of growth against the trend. Yingchuang Huizhi's food-grade polyester chip factory started smoothly, and it also injected new strength into the entire environmental recycling and recycling industry at this time. "Transform" waste beverage bottles into food-grade recycled polyester chip products, realize the "bottle-to-bottle" and "bottle-to-commodity" full cycle mode, and improve the sustainable closed-loop industry of recycling, processing and reusing recycled plastics chain. Industry insiders pointed out that "Yingchuanghui Smart Factory" has created a model case of domestic circular economy and provided strong impetus for the construction of my country's ecological civilization.
At the kick-off celebration, Yingchuang General Manager Chang Tao said that the "bottle-to-bottle" cycle model will serve more and more companies and bring positive assistance to the improvement of the environment and resources. In the future, Yingchuang will replicate the same type of recycling plants in other regions of the country to give new life to waste plastics. In addition to serving the classification and treatment of domestic waste in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, it will also radiate the whole country to provide domestic response to plastic pollution. Yingchuang solution".
