STPLAS Machinery’s PE film washing line is the ideal solution for plastic film recycling needs. This complete automated washing line takes plastic PP / PE films (polypropylene and polyethylene films) and turns them into wash, contaminant-free film flakes that can be used to produce high-quality PP / PE granules in the granulating process. The granules produced can then be used to manufacture new plastic products.
To complete wash dirty or soiled PP / PE film, a series of recycling machinery must be used in a specific order. Our standard, high-efficiency PE film washing line offers the most effective way to wash plastic films and ranges from an input capacity of 300kg/h upwards to 1500kg/h. The output capacity is depend on the volume of contamination within the raw material waste PE films. While our standard PE film washing line is sufficient for most facilities, custom setups with additional machinery and increased capacity can be designed for your specific needs. - For making films more dryer, we suggest you use film squeezer machine, our film squeezer can meet humidity<=5%.
- Friction washer machine is very useful in film washing line, it can make dirty sand out, and make film more clean. It has both friction and washer function.
