2. Detailed process
First, unpack the PET bottle bricks. After unpacking, according to the specific conditions of the materials, see if it is necessary to remove the impurities before stripping. Most domestic bottles are labelled (except for oil bottle labeling). The labeling machine can be used to efficiently remove the label of the bottle body. After de-marking, the PET bottles enter the sorting platform to remove other impurities, variegated bottles and metals in the material. Then it is transported to the crusher for crushing. After crushing, the bottle cap (PP plastic) and the bottle flakes are separated. The water tank can effectively separate the bottle cap from the bottle flakes. The bottle cap is made of floating plastic and the bottle flakes are sinking. Water plastic, after separating the bottle cap, enter the hot washing machine for hot washing, put a certain proportion of caustic soda or cleaning agent, effectively remove the dirt, oil and other impurities on the bottle flakes, the high-temperature boiled bottle flakes are washed by high-speed friction , Remove the attachments sticking to the surface of the bottle flakes, and then go through the washing and rinsing stage to rinse off the caustic soda and other sundries on the bottle flakes. At this point, the bottle flakes have been cleaned, and finally dehydrated and packaged.
