          5. Check whether the particle size of the crushed product meets the required standards. If there are too many particles beyond the specified size, the reason should be found out (such as the gap of the screen bar is too large, the discharge opening is too wide, the hammer is worn, etc.) and corresponding measures should be taken to deal with it.

          6. When the crusher is turned off, check whether the fastening bolts are stable and the degree of wear of the easy-to-wear parts. For tooth crushers, the parking machine should also be used to remove the wood trapped between the teeth.

          7. Worn parts should be replaced in time.

          8. The safety device of the crusher should be kept in good condition. Remember that you cannot save time and make the safety device wear out.
